Seeing my late mother's gold jewellery reshaped into new pieces for me and my sister became essential to my healing. Knowing that Jana had transformed the gold into something else became a metaphor for the grief process; suddenly, you find yourself becoming someone else—and having a warm piece of gold that my mother once wore around my wrist to touch and see was helpful. I recently received my Augustine ring from Jana and I could not be more delighted with this sweet little beauty! The craftsmanship (okay, can we please say craftspersonship?) is incredible, it is delicate yet sturdy and it fits perfectly.
