Serpents and snakes represent fertility or a creative life force. As snakes shed their skin, they are symbols of rebirth, transformation, immortality and healing. The Ouroboros, the snake that eats its own tail, is a symbol of eternity and the continual renewal of life.
Pentagrams are symbols of protection.
Obelle is a my darling version of an Ouroboros on a classic coin style pendant. She's not eating her tail, but she is tucking her nose to the tip of her tail to create a complete circuit.
